Salvacion Technologia, an ambitious Spanish start-up, is pioneering the production and manufacturing of industrial microwave-assisted freeze-drying machines for food products. Our mission is to transform the food processing industry by providing innovative solutions for preserving food quality, taste, and nutritional value. At the heart of our operations lies a commitment to sustainable practices and waste reduction, shaping a brighter future for our global food ecosystem.
Our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is a meduim-scale microwave-assisted freeze-drying machine.
The MVP Journey
Our game-changing Minimum Viable Product (MVP) will be a large-scale microwave-assisted freeze-drying machine. This innovative machine is set to redefine the standards of food preservation, extending shelf life without compromising product quality.
With a promising pool of investors on board, we are targeting a significant fund raise of 4.5 million euros to back our venture. The process is slated to commence with the development of detailed blueprints for our large MVP machine, a task that we expect to take about six months. The subsequent manufacturing and fine-tuning phase of the MVP will likely add another six months to our timeline.
Upon completion of the large MVP machine, our plan is to reverse-engineer the machine with the help of an engineering bureau. This step will allow us to generate pre-production designs for a medium-sized and large machine, laying the groundwork for a broad production capability in the future.
